About this opportunity

We are looking for a visionary and people-focused leader to guide a critical organization through an exciting period of transformation. As Global Site Head, you will lead the evolution of our workforce, champion new ways of working, accelerate AI adoption, and help build the future capabilities needed to support Ericsson's next-generation O2C delivery model.

This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change, inspire teams through transformation, and position Mexico as a strategic talent and capability hub within a global organization.

What you will do

  • Lead workforce transformation initiatives, enabling the organization to successfully adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Drive capability building, reskilling, and upskilling programs to prepare the workforce for future ways of working.
  • Champion AI adoption, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on learning, innovation, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational readiness, and talent strategy.
  • Lead teams through change while maintaining engagement, performance, and business continuity.
  • Support the transition toward a new O2C delivery model and future organizational structure.

The skills you bring

  • Proven experience leading teams through transformation, change management, and organizational evolution.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to drive engagement, capability building, and workforce development.
  • Demonstrated success in reskilling, upskilling, or leading teams through significant change.
  • Strong AI mindset and curiosity, with a passion for adopting new technologies and ways of working.
  • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Finance or Shared Services/GBS experience is considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to inspire teams, navigate ambiguity, and lead with confidence during periods of change.
