Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – Full Time

Pay: $45–$55/hour

Compass Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our skilled nursing facilites by providing nutrition assessments, developing care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and helping ensure compliance with Title 22 and CMS regulations.

This position will be based out of one location, but will require commuting between facilities located in Morro Bay, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, and Arroyo Grande.

What You'll Do

• Complete nutrition assessments and care plans
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and weight changes
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in care conferences, QAPI, and quality improvement activities
• Support food service operations and regulatory compliance
• Educate dietary staff through monthly in-services

Requirements

•  Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of Title 22 and CMS regulations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Must be willing to float between facilities 
• Must be able to pass background check, reference checks, physical, back and TB screening
