This role will be responsible in the development and growth of the issuing payments products. Particularly on credit cards under the segment of mass & emerging affluent.
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Product manager for Affluent & Co-Brand credit cards segment. Responsibilities include end-to-end management; development and growth of the products – P&L management, flow of acquisition for all bankwide sales channels of the products, design/improvise new initiatives to better serve customers’ needs.
- This role must be comfortable to working in an agile environment, across multiple teams and working with all levels within or out of the organization, including with/on digital enhancements/transitions from the Bank to get results independently.
- This role will be responsible in assisting the Payments Product Manager to develop and grow the issuing payments products for the affluent & Co-Brand segment including lifecycle from end-to-end. This involves direct vendor management, streamlining operational workflows, and serving as the lead for resolving complex credit card-related issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- This role to be focused on customer-centric innovation to continuously design and improvise product initiatives based on market trends and data to better serve evolving customer needs and improve retention.
