About the Role
We are hiring Electrical BIM Drafters to support the development of highly detailed Revit models for commercial and mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience modeling electrical systems and is comfortable producing accurate construction documentation up to LOD 500.
This role focuses specifically on electrical systems, including power and lighting, with an emphasis on precision and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed Revit models for electrical systems.
  
• Produce construction-ready electrical drawings and documentation.
  
• Model electrical power, lighting, and associated systems up to LOD 500.
  
• Coordinate with engineers and the Lead BIM Engineer to resolve clashes and design updates.
  
• Maintain high drafting standards and model accuracy throughout project development.
• Assist with revisions and quality assurance reviews.
  

• 3+ years of experience using Autodesk Revit.
  
• Strong experience modeling electrical power and lighting systems.
  
• Experience developing models up to LOD 500 or similar high-detail BIM standards.
  
• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  

• Experience with the Evolve Revit plug-in.
  
• Exposure to mission-critical or infrastructure projects.
  
• Understanding of construction sequencing and installation practices.
