INDIA:

Job Responsibilities

• Performs financial due diligence analysis related to earnings, working capital, and cash flow.
• Prepares diligence schedules and supports report development.
• Participates in client discussions and information requests.
• Applies diligence methodologies with limited supervision.
• Supports coaching of junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Transaction or diligence exposure.
