Your mission
Join us as a Senior CRM Specialist to execute engaging CRM campaigns across the DACH market. Based in Vienna, you’ll be part of a team of experts in a dynamic fintech environment, helping to craft global communications that drive engagement, retention, and product adoption.
This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative team player to grow their CRM skills in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and play a hands-on role in executing campaigns with a strong focus on localisation and high-quality delivery.
What you’ll do
- Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more).
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances.
- Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets our standards - we don’t ship anything we wouldn’t be proud of.
- Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance our CRM campaigns.
- Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects.
Who you are
- Experience in a similar role at a company with a primarily online/mobile B2C audience (at a fintech or financial company is a plus).
- Familiarity with Braze or similar engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and confidence using tools and adapting to new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
