Responsibilities
AI project management: Oversee end-to-end execution of AI-driven projects, from planning to deployment.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Leadership, validation reps and the project team
Technical oversight: Ensure AI models and platforms meet pharma-specific compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines defined by Lilly.
Reporting and documentation: Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in AI/ML projects. Overall experience 8-12 years.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and regulatory frameworks.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred, but not a must have.
Mandatory Skill sets:
Expertise in AI/ML technologies (Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Claude).
Familiarity with data management and processes in pharma.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Preferred Skill sets:
