Where You'll Make a Difference

• Prepare and post journal entries across assigned entities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
• Prepare and review accruals and provisions, including expenses, incentives, and other relevant financial items.
• Reconcile balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, investigate variances, and drive resolution of issues.
• Perform financial reporting and analysis to support month-end close activities and business decision-making.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across the assigned scope.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and audit teams to support financial operations.
• Identify and drive process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Solid understanding of month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong control and compliance mindset.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience within a multinational company or shared service environment.
