What You Can Expect:
The Implementation Manager – Admin & Finance (A&F) plays a crucial role in the rollout of Rhenus Transport Management System (TMS) with a specialization in administration and finance functions. Focused on the financial aspects of business processes in the freight forwarding industry, this role will involve project management and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
- Lead and coordinate activities related to operational finance aspects of Rhenus TMS and rollout across the APAC region.
- Sales/ Purchase invoice, GL code mapping, financial reporting, accruals, financial data maintenance, etc.
- Conduct and support financial gap analyses from existing to new system.
- Provide support as a TMS, finance expert, to resolve escalations from users.
- Conduct training sessions on administration and finance functionalities within Rhenus application landscape.
- Coordinate business requirements with relevant stakeholders for new developments, improvements and bug fixes.
- Testing of new feature releases to ensure it meets business requirements and functions as required.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation (timeline, plannings, allocation plan, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with global operational financial standards in all applicable countries.
