Job Overview 综述
The Regional Digital Manufacturing Lead drives the deployment, adoption, and scaling of digital manufacturing capabilities across a network of manufacturing sites within the region. The role serves as the key link between global digital manufacturing programs and site operations, ensuring digital solutions—including Industry 4.0, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled technologies—deliver measurable business value.Leveraging deep manufacturing and operational expertise, the incumbent partners with site leadership, MTTC and Operational Excellence teams, and global digital stakeholders to accelerate digital maturity, improve operational performance, and embed data-driven decision-making into daily operations. The role is accountable for value realization, capability development, and sustainable adoption of digital solutions across the region
Responsibilities 职责
1. Deployment Leadership (Core)•Lead the co-creation of digital solutions in collaboration with manufacturing teams to meet site-specific needs•Own the rollout and scaling of digital use cases across regional sites, including AI-driven initiatives•Define deployment waves, sequencing, and prioritization across plants•Ensure high quality and speed of execution during implementation2. Value Delivery•Act as active member in Ideas pipeline Governance committee to assign right priorities and value to digital enhancements and new digital ideas•Accountable for achieving regional value targets (e.g., productivity, yield improvement)•Ensure deployed use cases deliver measurable and sustainable business outcomes•Track, monitor, and report value realization across sites realization through defined performance metrics and KPIs.3. Capability Building•Coach, train, and empower site digital focal points using a leader-leader approach•Build and strengthen data capabilities and digital continuous improvement practices across plants, support increased operational autonomy•Develop digital maturity at site level to sustain long-term impact•Support the sites to develop Site Digital roadmap and execute against it4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement•Ensure consistent adoption and use of digital tools across sites, support incorporating digital input into daily SQRE routines on site•Eliminate duplication of initiatives and independently developed solutions•Drive cross-site learning, replication of best practices, and continuous improvement culture•Drive digital maturity heat map at site to align on maturity, gaps and support needed5. Regional Stakeholder Management•Partner with Site Directors, Multi-Site Leaders (MSLs), and the Global Digital Manufacturing Program team to align priorities and execution plans.•Secure resources and commitment for digital deployments•Serve as the primary regional liaison between site operations and global digital manufacturing programs.Key Interfaces•Digital Program Manager (governance and alignment)•Site Digital Focal Points•Multi-Site Operations Leader (MSL)•Regional MTTC / OpEx / CI leaders•Site Directors and Unit Leaders•Product Manufacturing Owners, BRM, and IT teams
Qualifications 要求
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.•Minimum 10 years of manufacturing, operations, or site manufacturing services experience.•Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, stewardship, process safety, maintenance, reliability, and production systems.•Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing Operational model MTTC.•Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable value.•Proven track record managing Site programs or larger initiatives•Experience leading, coaching, and influencing teams through direct or indirect leadership.•Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.•Experience facilitating workshops, training programs, and capability-building initiatives.Preferred Qualifications•Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.•Knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial IoT (IIoT), process historians, analytics platforms, artificial intelligence applications, and automation systems.Travel & Location•Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.•Location: Any Manufacturing Site in China.
