This role combines materials planning expertise with advanced data analytics and visualization capabilities to drive smarter, faster, and more scalable decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to transform data into actionable insights, develop scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks, and optimize planning processes through data-driven methodologies.

While supporting demand and material planning activities, this position plays a critical role in modernizing how data is leveraged, improving visibility into supply chain performance, and enabling proactive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Visualization

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) to monitor key supply chain and manufacturing metrics (inventory, demand, WIP, service levels, etc.)
  • Transform raw ERP and operational data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data exploration and statistical analysis
  • Establish standardized KPIs and reporting frameworks to improve transparency and alignment across teams
  • Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, material availability, and inventory optimization
  • Analyze and optimize replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and ERP system configurations
  • Develop scalable tools, models, and workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, data modeling, and system enhancements

Supply Chain & Materials Planning Support

  • Support material and demand planning activities through data-backed decision-making and scenario analysis
  • Monitor supply-demand signals and provide recommendations to optimize production schedules and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering to ensure alignment between plans and execution
  • Improve data integrity and reliability within ERP systems, including planning parameters, BOMs, and routings

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and leadership to define data needs and deliver insights
  • Serve as a key contributor in aligning operational strategies with analytical findings
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and impactful manner

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, or materials planning
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and large datasets
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain analytics or manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting, or optimization techniques
