Our vast, sustainable product offerings can be found in diverse markets such as workplace, healthcare, hospitality, education and multi-family dwellings; supporting the spaces in which we work, learn, live, play and heal. The role owns the ongoing implementation and management of agreements, including compliance, pricing, rebates, reporting, renewals, amendments, and obligation tracking, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled throughout the contract lifecycle. More than traditional contract administration, this position will help Shaw reduce risk, improve its contract processes, strengthen customer relationships, and use key agreements more strategically to support profitable growth. This role works in a hybrid way, with at least three days per week based from our Cartersville corporate offices.
