Description

Supply Chain Planning COE - SME

Description -

Do you want to shape how millions of customers experience service and repair? Every year, our Service Supply Chain ships 9+ million spare parts and manages 650,000+ device repairs globally. Behind every delivery is a customer expecting fast, reliable service — and a planning system that must get it right. We are transforming how service supply chains operate: becoming more digital and predictive, with a strong focus on circularity and sustainability.

As a Planning COE SME, you will be at the core of this transformation — designing and deploying the next generation of planning capabilities that decide what to stock, where, and when.

Job scope/summary:

The role is responsible for owning and evolving planning capabilities within a defined domain (e.g., inventory, deployment, lifecycle) across the Service Supply Chain Planning COE. The position operates with a high degree of ownership, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives and continuous improvements across planning processes, systems, and data while ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and operational performance.

The role combines:

  • Process ownership — ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable planning processes

  • Project leadership and stakeholder collaboration — delivering transformation initiatives and business outcomes

  • Product ownership contribution — supporting the evolution of planning tools and solutions

The role partners across functions to solve complex challenges, brings together diverse perspectives, and enables informed decision-making through data-driven insights, clear options, and practical recommendations. In addition, the role contributes to team capability development by mentoring colleagues, encouraging knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices across the COE.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with standardized and scalable processes

  • Support process documentation and adoption within the transformation scope

  • Provide process expertise to ensure end-to-end consistency across planning areas
