Key Responsibilities:
Executes according to SLA's.
Has detailed understanding of processes and SOP's.
Adheres to controls.
Has ideas for improvements.
Informs Supervisor about any process issues.
Collection calls - inbound and outbound (Portuguese)
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree
Fluent in both English and Portuguese
Willing to work in Pasig City
Amenable to work the night shift and mid shift
