Engineer - Enterprise Service Management

What will you do?
 

We are seeking a motivated Engineer – Enterprise Service Management (ITSM & PMO) to support and strengthen IT service delivery and governance. This role is a blend of IT Service Management operations and Project Management Office (PMO) support, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both operational excellence and reporting/analytics.

This role will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality IT services, maintaining SLA compliance, and driving continuous service improvement through data-driven insights.

Additionally, the role requires stepping in as a Major Incident Manager (MIM), ensuring rapid response, coordination, and resolution of critical business-impacting incidents.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and oversee daily ITSM process including incidents, service requests, changes and Problems.
• Ensure adherence to SLA targets and service quality standards.
• Monitor and track service performance against SLAs and OLAs.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze trends and provide insights into service performance and improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics reports.
• Support PMO activities including Status tracking, Dashboard preparation, Project reporting.
• Develop executive-level presentations with key insights and recommendations.
• Assist in governance and documentation activities.
• Act as Major Incident Manager when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate bridge calls and stakeholder communication during critical incidents
   

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Service Management / PMO support
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL foundation certification is preferred).
• Knowledge in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/ Fresh service etc.).
• Good knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
