The Night Cook is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals during the night shift while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and galley operations aboard an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel, in accordance with company procedures and maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals for personnel working the night shift.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard while meeting dietary requirements where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the galley, food storage areas, and catering equipment.
- Comply with all food safety, HACCP, and company hygiene procedures.
- Store, label, and rotate food stocks correctly to minimise waste.
- Monitor food supplies and report stock requirements to the Chief Cook/Camp Boss where applicable.
- Assist with cleaning duties and galley housekeeping.
- Follow all vessel safety procedures and company HSE policies.
- Work effectively as part of the offshore catering team to support continuous vessel operations.
Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory)
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificates.
- Valid Ship's Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety Certificate.
- Valid passport.
- Previous offshore catering experience is preferred.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced Offshore Night Cook to join an AHTS vessel operating from Montrose, Scotland, supporting offshore operations in the North Sea. Candidates should be available to mobilise from 14 July 2026 for an assignment of approximately one week.
