This position is essential to our operation, involving daily deliveries and pick-ups from our clients' offices throughout the region. Join our team and contribute to our tradition of delivering quality and precision to the dental professionals we proudly serve.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely delivery and pick up of dental cases from doctor's offices as scheduledMaintain accurate records of daily deliveries and vehicle mileageInspect and maintain the company vehicle; report any malfunctions or needed repairsAdhere to assigned routes and follow time schedulesAbide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving recordLoad and unload items with care to prevent damageMaintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with clients to foster positive relationshipsCommunicate effectively with the management team regarding delivery statuses and issuesHandle documentation related to deliveries, including the use of electronic devices provided by the companyEnsure confidentiality and security of all transported itemsParticipate in regular training and safety meetingsAssist with additional logistical or warehouse duties when not drivingRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to pass drug screen(s)Experience in a delivery role preferred, but not requiredAbility to operate and navigate a range of vehicles safely and efficientlyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPhysical ability to load and unload heavy items and to sit for extended periods of timeDetail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate recordsCapability to work independently with minimal supervisionProfessional demeanor when dealing with clients and colleaguesCommitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and company informationAbility to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
