Seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician for Falls of Deer Park Apartments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
- Experience in Housing property and inspections a plus!

Requirements
- HVAC experience — able to troubleshoot and perform basic HVAC repairs.
- HVAC Certification — must hold a valid HVAC certification and be able to perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ladder safety — must be able to climb and work from a ladder safely.
- Work order basics — must understand how to complete, update, and close work orders accurately.
