We're looking for an experienced Electrical Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, leading small crews, and delivering exceptional service to commercial and industrial customers. What You'll Be Doing
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Plan and execute small service projects while leading a small crew.
- Prepare basic estimates for labor, materials, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, project managers, and other trades.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Mentor apprentice and journeyman electricians.
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying additional service opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with NEC requirements, project specifications, and safety standards.
What You Bring
- Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of documented field experience or completion of a 4-year electrical apprenticeship
- Strong commercial and industrial electrical experience
- Previous Lead, Foreman, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a high attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment
This position works primarily in commercial and industrial environments, both indoors and outdoors. Candidates should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions, around active construction sites, and performing the physical demands of the trade including climbing, kneeling, crawling, lifting, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required if operating company vehicles.
