Room Attendant
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for our visitors. We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply carts
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
