Role Overview

Sodexo's Campus Dining segment has an opportunity for a General Manager / Chef Manager to lead dining operations at the Colorado Mountain College in Leadville, Colorado. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a dynamic team and delivering exceptional student dining experiences. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations

What You Bring

• Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• Have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills and passion for a high level of customer service
• Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS & DRIVE) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience preferred for internal candidates
