What You’ll Do
- Deliver weekly and monthly manufacturing performance reporting, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze product costs, material consumption, yields, and operational variances to support business decisions
- Partner with operations, continuous improvement, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Review and maintain costing data, ensuring financial information accurately reflects operational activity
- Support inventory-related activities including reconciliations, stocktake processes, and control reviews
- Provide commercial insights and ad hoc analysis to help improve plant performance and profitability
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ongoing systems and business transformation projects
Key Criteria
- 3+ years of Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Accounting, or Operational Finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of product costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Proven ability to interpret large datasets and convert findings into practical business recommendations
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, alongside strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence both finance and operational teams
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive better ways of working
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA/CA studies are advantageous but not essential
Work Setup
- Metro Manila (BGC): Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
