- Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Assist with unloading and loading luggage efficiently and safely
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
Luggage & Transportation Services
- Transport guest luggage promptly to and from rooms
- Store luggage securely when required
- Coordinate transportation services such as taxis, limousines, or shuttle services
Guest Assistance
- Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
- Handle special requests (e.g., extra amenities, deliveries, messages)
- Support guests with mobility or accessibility needs
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams
- Communicate guest requests and preferences effectively
