Job description:
The A/C Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems within the company's facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and comfort.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of air conditioning units and systems.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on A/C equipment to ensure efficient operation and extend lifespan.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC systems.
* Utilize a variety of hand tools and operate heavy machinery safely and effectively during installations and repairs.
* Conduct minor building repairs, including plastering and flooring installations, as required to support A/C system integration.
* Assist with the selection and handling of construction materials relevant to A/C installations.
* Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to complete projects on schedule.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as an A/C Technician or similar role.
* Proficiency in Building Repairs, including Plastering and Flooring Installations.
* Demonstrated ability to use various Hand Tools and operate Machinery, including Heavy Machinery Operation, safely and efficiently.
* Strong Maintenance Skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Familiarity with Construction Materials relevant to A/C installations.
* Ability to work independently and as a Team Player in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
