Bulldog Club Graduate Assistant

The Bulldog Club Graduate Assistant supports the daily operations of Wingate Athletics'

membership and fundraising program, the Bulldog Club. This role offers hands on experience in

donor relations, event management, and athletics fundraising, working closely with both the

Athletic Department and the Office of Advancement.

Bulldog Club Operations and Member Services

 Assist with the daily operations and activities of the Bulldog Club

 Maintain organized, accurate records of gifts received for athletics

 Manage distribution of Bulldog Club member benefits according to membership level

 Coordinate apparel form distribution, tailoring forms to each membership level

 Communicate with members about upcoming hospitality events and initiatives

Hospitality and Events

 Plan and execute football hospitality events, including catering coordination and member

experience

 Support basketball hospitality for both women's and men's games, coordinating catering

and activities

 Interact directly with Bulldog Club members and donors at events to build community

and engagement

 Assist with preparation and execution of the Connell Golf Tournament and President's

Cup Golf Tournament
