The Position
Job Summary:
Conduct marketing campaign, product promotion, implement territory marketing plan, improve territory distributors and customers’ product cognition, increase customers’ coverage and sales volume
The Opportunity:
- Conduct key project promotion, and increase regional sales volume of related products to achieve regional targets.
- Support sales team and distributor teams, drive instruments sales, improve reagent consumption, achieve sales target
- Develop and maintain regional key customers to improve customer experience
- Responsible for marketing campaigns, including: hospital meetings, area events etc. to make more customers aware of Roche products.
- Develop and maintain regional speakers.
- Conduct product training to sales and distributors regularly
- Collect and manage customer information, competitor information and sales data etc. to implement regional marketing campaign plans better.
- Submit weekly report and monthly report
Who you are:
- At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and / or Business Degree
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good command of MS office software application
- Product & Application Expertise
- Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics work or 3 years sales or marketing experience in a similar industry
