Job Overview:

Are you passionate about listening to, learning from, and acting on client feedback? Are you interested in being part of a team that is working to transform and do things differently? If so, the AVP, Voice of Client Programs role in our Voice of Client team could be the role for you!  

The ideal candidate for this role has a combination of a consulting mindset, analytical skills, and strong understanding of the Net Promoter System.  We desire a strong leader that can provide thought leadership on how to increase learning, action, and client-centric outcomes.  This candidate will possess an ability to design and build surveys and primary research programs, as well as, enable clients and employees to drive awareness, adoption and target outcomes from initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, business needs, and client insight requirements.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy surveys in the Medallia platform to support business goals.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics that translate feedback into actionable insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end survey lifecycle, including intake, design, programming, testing, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Analyze survey results to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that drive client-centric outcomes.
  • Enable business partners to interpret insights, take action on feedback, and close the loop with clients.
  • Monitor program performance and maintain survey inventories, reporting assets, and key program metrics.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • High general business acumen demonstrated through a bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience, or MBA (or other relevant advanced degree) and 5 years of relevant experience. 
  • 5+ years’ experience leading the design of awareness, adoption and value delivery programs.
  • 3+ years’ experience using Medallia survey platform

Core Competencies:

  • Strong organizational, change management, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, and execute strategic plans.
  • Experienced self-starter who can manage projects independently
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Preferences:

  • Experience running and implementing survey programs at scale.


 

Pay Range:

$86,829.00 - $144,715.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
