Salary range (but not limited to):
94,200 - 115,200Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our product and design team!
As a Senior Product Designer, you play a mission-critical role in conceiving and evolving our digital ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Enterprise AI team, that’s responsible for designing responsible human-AI experiences, for the Claims portfolio. You will help define opportunities, influence product strategy, and design end-to-end human-AI experiences that integrate AI capabilities into products, workflows, and business processes.
What you’ll do here:
- Leverage user insights, business objectives, operational realities, and data to design human-centered AI experiences that drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery initiatives to identify opportunities, frame problems, validate assumptions, and align stakeholders before solution development begins.
- Design intuitive, effective, and visually compelling experiences that support user needs and business objectives.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition alongside the product and multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Present work to a variety of audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
- Partner with a multi-disciplinary team (product managers, data scientists, engineers, operations) to deliver end-to-end solutions from conception until launch, and iteration.
- Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands, while advocating for improvements alongside the design community.
- Drive alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders through facilitation, storytelling, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers and collaborators in order to continually raise our bar for quality. Support team growth by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Contribute to the broader design community. Elevate the team’s AI design practices, methodologies, and processes, while being an advocate for user-centered, data-driven design.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering digital products with a demonstrated track record of business and user impact.
- Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements.
- Experience solving complex problems and leading design initiatives. Experience delivering end-to-end (from brief to launch) digital solutions within a cross-functional team environment, using an iterative approach, that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, frame problems, and contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices, with visual design experience. You appreciate and understand how typography, colour, layout can impact product function.
- Mastery of design tools (e.g. Figma). Experience with UX research tools an asset.
- Experience in producing customer journey maps, process flows, content inventories, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface design files.
- You love working in a collaborative environment that has a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, open minds, and having fun. You’re a team player that can share and receive constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions through design.

- Experience designing enterprise software, operational tools, or workflow-intensive applications.
- Experience measuring product outcomes through experimentation, analytics, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
- Experience working in highly regulated or complex business environments.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
