Description
The Role:
This role will be a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team in the Limerick Plant supporting our Global Talent Acquisition function. It is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of a true global function within a company that is experiencing substantial growth.
How you will make an impact:
- Execute and generate the offer letter for new hires in cooperation with the local HR team and recruitment
- Process hire and onboarding related tasks in Workday
- Support the new hire onboarding process through communication of requirements to future Edwards employees, collecting the necessary documentation and supporting with issues related to Workday new hire onboarding
- Provide support to employees and internal HR partners (Local HR team, Recruitment, Workforce Administration Team etc.) in relation with talent acquisition operations topics
- Monitor and respond to requests/inquiries from other HR teams using Service Now
- Generate reports from Workday related to talent acquisition metrics as source for regular or ad-hoc business updates, adjust reports as per requirements
- Monitor and track internal workload, provide related statistics
- Review current ways of working and internal processes to propose improvements and efficiencies
- Provide employees, managers and HR Business Leaders exceptional standards of customer services and support across activities and processes.
- Provide complex explanations, and appropriate levels of troubleshooting and problem solving to complex queries from internal stakeholders and external organizations as and when needed.
- Lead and champion in the continuous process improvement, implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions to provide best-in-class HR services
- Other incidental duties assigned by Functional leads.
What you will need:
- Experience in Human Resources or Workday advantageous but not a requirement
- Experience working in a fast moving admin environment
What else we look for:
- Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, knowledge of other systems such as Service Now is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
- Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision
