Key Position Details:
As a psychologist at New Ulm Medical Center, you’ll collaborate with primary care, specialty providers, and community resources to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. Job Description:
- See patients across the lifespan
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
- Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
- Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
- Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Required Qualifications
- Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling
Licenses/Certifications
- Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days
- Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required

Pay Range
Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
