Overview
We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to shape and deliver standout campaigns for a leading beauty client. You’ll combine data, creativity and platform expertise to launch new products, strengthen established brands and build meaningful audience awareness. Working within a collaborative specialist team, you’ll turn ambitious ideas into carefully executed campaigns. It’s an opportunity to take real ownership while helping colleagues and clients achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and hands-on delivery of paid social campaigns.
- Translate campaign objectives into clear activation, optimisation and measurement plans.
- Use performance data to identify insights, recommend improvements and allocate investment effectively.
- Support product launches, brand-building activity and key campaign moments across the portfolio.
- Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit, selecting the right approach for each audience.
- Collaborate with client teams, platform partners and third-party retailers to improve campaign outcomes.
- Share your knowledge with colleagues, support their development and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Practical experience planning, activating and optimising paid social campaigns.
- Confidence using data to evaluate performance, uncover insights and make clear recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, with an organised approach to campaign delivery and quality assurance.
- An understanding of how creative thinking and analytical rigour work together to build effective campaigns.
- An interest in brand awareness, product launches and high-profile campaign moments.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.
- Curiosity and a willingness to test new ideas, share knowledge and continue developing your expertise.
