What You'll Be Doing
Drive Growth & Win New Business
- Identify and develop new account opportunities through proactive lead generation
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of short, mid, and long-term prospects
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations
- Negotiate confidently to maximise value and protect margin
Own the Customer Experience
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with key accounts, becoming their go-to partner
- Understand customer needs and tailor Revvity's solutions to solve real problems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Represent Revvity at industry tradeshows and exhibitions across Spain
Manage Your Territory Like a Business
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in Salesforce
- Present territory performance and growth opportunities with confidence
- Cultivate partnerships with customers and other suppliers to solve customer problems.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor / Master degree in a scientific or related discipline
- Proven sales track record in life sciences or diagnostics - ideally with CapEx and Reagent Rental experience
- Scientific credibility - a lab background or strong knowledge of molecular biology, diagnostics, liquid handling, microscopy, or imaging is a real advantage
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across your assigned territory
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
