- Receive and manage project requests, ensuring clear understanding of client or internal needs
- Develop comprehensive project strategies and creative briefs for each assignment, outlining:
- What is needed and the desired outcome
- Why the project is necessary
- Key messaging and communication points
- Required images, branding, and project mandatories
- Final deliverables
- Budget considerations
- Project timeline
- References to previous or related projects
- Key contacts and individuals involved in review and approval processes
- Determine when a kickoff meeting is necessary and coordinate meetings for larger or more complex projects
- Build detailed project timelines and establish milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure project alignment and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative, marketing, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop strategic plans and detailed project briefs
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
