## Job Description

Are you looking to launch your career in employment law within an international and fast-paced environment?

Our Employment Law and Global Employment Services team advises multinational and local organisations on national and international employment matters. We help clients meet their legal obligations while managing employees in Belgium and across borders. Combining legal expertise with practical business solutions, we support organisations in navigating an increasingly complex employment landscape.

As a Junior Labour Law Consultant, you will work alongside experienced professionals and support clients on a broad range of employment law, social security and compensation & benefits matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building a successful career in an international consulting environment.

### What You'll Do

• Support client engagements involving national and international employment law, social security and employment-related matters.
• Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programms in both domestic and international employment contexts.
• Analyze employment scenarios and translate technical calculations into clear legal and practical advice.
• Draft legal advice, employment contracts, policies and other employment-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and stay informed about developments in employment law and social security legislation.
• Support the successful delivery of client projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide practical and business-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in labor law, social security and global employment services.

## Qualifications

### Requirements

• Master's degree in law.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in employment law, HR legal matters or a related field.
• Strong interest in labour law, social security and international employment matters.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within an international consulting organisation.
