What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-visibility position, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, directly accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue and software growth while leading the ethical integration of workplace AI tools and transforming overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs, guide change management, and deliver proactive solutions that boost culture and effectiveness.
• Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and succession management to support team growth.
• Serve as a thought partner on leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance talent acquisition, predictive turnover modeling, and employee experience.
• Guide leaders through complex workforce planning, talent development, and key organizational changes to foster a high-performing workforce.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with employment legislation while advancing strategic business goals.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in Organizational Development.
• Track record of consulting with, presenting to, and influencing executive business leaders.
• Strong foundational expertise in HR core disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to translate overall business plans into effective talent strategies.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience supporting scaling software organizations.
• Industry knowledge or experience within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.

Logistics:

Location: Westminster, CO, Atlanta, GA, or Lake Oswego, OR. In Office role and remote employment will not be considered.

Travel Requirement: Minimal (0-10%)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
