Context

The Group Strategy & Innovation team is based in Edenred e-Quarter in Issy-les-Moulineaux. It is part of the Strategy & Transformation department. The team oversees group strategic studies, innovation strategy, assessment of strategic opportunities and M&A due diligence, competitive intelligence, coordination of group strategic processes (e.g. 3-year plans) and special projects requested by the CEO.

Your Mission

The intern will be expected to work on a wide range of topics encompassing both strategy and development. The intern will report to the ‘Strategic Project Manager’.

•      Strategy & Innovation

–      Support team on competitive intelligence topics

–      Support in strategic studies (Business Line strategy, adjacency study, etc.)

–      Support in defining the group’s development strategy in key adjacencies (data, new technologies, etc.)

•      M&A

–      Participate to strategic due diligence of M&A targets

–      Update target pipeline

•      Ad hoc support: assist strategy team members on ad-hoc topics (e.g. business development projects, etc.)

Our Requirements

•      Bac +5, Business or Engineering school (internship agreement mandatory)

•      Interest in strategy and finance

•      Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional role

•      Strong analytical and communication skills

•      Fluency in French and English

•      Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Internship details

•      Internship contract (6 months, flexible), Full-time

•      Start date: January 2027

•      Based at Edenred HQ, 16 Boulevard Garibaldi, 92310 Issy – Les – Moulineaux
