Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: PRN
• Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour
• Facility: Tice Valley Post Acute

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Perform assessments and document resident care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
