Description
Supports strategic EMS customers, by driving customer responsiveness, opportunity management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. Serves as an extension of the account management team, ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests, project milestones, supply chain activities, and business operations. Success in this role requires strong discipline, ownership, prioritization skills, and the ability to distinguish what is strategically important from what is merely urgent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned EMS accounts in partnership with Account Managers.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and requests.
- Track customer opportunities, projects, samples, and key milestones through production.
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Teams.
- Manage sample requests, demand-related escalations, and customer follow-up actions.
- Support Product Change Notifications (PCNs), End-of-Life (EOL) notices, and lifecycle management activities.
- Maintain CRM records, account activity tracking, and business reporting.
- Escalate customer issues and execution risks appropriately.
- Drive action-item closure and ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and account planning activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, or related business functions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, electronics, manufacturing, semiconductor, or EMS environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.
- Exposure to supply chain, demand management, or customer operations processes.
