Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. The role requires continuous engagement in building production-ready applications, ensuring that AI components are seamlessly embedded and optimized. The engineer actively participates in refining development workflows, validating solutions for quality and compliance, and iterating on software to enhance performance and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven features with business goals and operational standards is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle with a focus on AI integration.
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and maintaining AI components within software systems.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
