Some drivers want to be home every weekend. Others would rather stay out longer and stack up miles. On this fleet you do not have to pick one forever. Northern Illinois drivers can run weekly, on weekends, or every 2 weeks, depending on what works for their household.

Starting Fresh With Your CDL

If you just finished school, you ride with an experienced trainer first and collect a guaranteed training check every week. After training you go straight to solo pay, and your first 3 months on your own come with a $1,000 weekly guarantee.

The Money

• Average Weekly: $1,100 to $1,700 depending on miles and home time choice
• Stop Pay: $15 for each stop except the first and last
• Bonus: Monthly performance program

To Qualify

• Valid Class A CDL and age 21 or older
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, or 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no major preventable accidents in 5
• No DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass DOT physical plus hair and urine testing
• Live within 200 miles of Gary, IN
