What You’ll Be Part Of

As the Enterprise AI Services Manager, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for the operational management, adoption, and continuous optimization of HARMAN’s enterprise AI services portfolio. You will own the lifecycle management of AI productivity and assistant platforms, including services such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and future enterprise AI capabilities. This role requires a combination of service management, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and analytics expertise to ensure AI services are effectively adopted, governed, and aligned with business objectives. You will work across business and technology teams to maximize the value, performance, and user experience of HARMAN’s AI investments.

Your Team

You will be a senior individual contributor partnering with business leaders, platform teams, procurement, security, legal, learning and development, and vendor partners to manage enterprise AI services, drive adoption, and ensure users can effectively leverage AI capabilities across the organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Own the operational lifecycle management of enterprise AI services, including onboarding, adoption, feature enablement, support readiness, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage the portfolio of enterprise AI tools and services, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and future AI productivity platforms.

  • Develop and maintain service roadmaps, release plans, and feature rollout strategies in partnership with platform providers and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor service health, adoption metrics, usage trends, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and increased value realization.

  • Partner with procurement, legal, security, and governance teams to ensure AI services operate within enterprise policies, standards, and contractual requirements.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for service-related escalations, roadmap discussions, and operational reviews.

  • Define and maintain service performance metrics, operational dashboards, and executive reporting that provide visibility into utilization, adoption, and business impact.

  • Drive license governance and optimization activities to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of AI service investments.

  • Collaborate with change management, training, and communications teams to support awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI capabilities across the enterprise.

  • Identify opportunities to expand AI service capabilities, improve user experience, and accelerate productivity through new features and emerging technologies.

What Makes You A Strong Fi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in service management, SaaS platform management, product operations, or related disciplines.

  • Strong experience managing enterprise technology services, SaaS platforms, or digital productivity tools within a large organization.

  • Understanding of enterprise AI platforms and services, including generative AI, copilots, AI assistants, and emerging AI productivity technologies.

  • Experience with service delivery, vendor management, adoption analytics, license management, and operational performance reporting.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive business outcomes through effective service management and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience managing enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or similar services.

  • Certifications in IT Service Management (ITIL), Product Management, SaaS Operations, Microsoft, AWS, or AI-related technologies.

  • Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise productivity initiatives.

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups and technology ecosystems.
