Position Overview: The Safety Associate reports to the Regional Safety manager. Responsibilities are focused on maintaining a safe workplace, facilitate training, and OSHA Compliance. The Safety Associate will be hands-on and interact with our field personnel and management team daily.

Qualifications

 

• Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer for the Construction Industry (preferred)
• Strong technical writing ability
• Strong supporter of collaboration to gather the best solutions
• Ability to address and train groups of up to 30 participants.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Apps and internet navigation
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Ability to act independently with minimal daily direction
• Ability to work closely with all levels of Miller Electric Company
• High energy and self-motivated.
