YOUR MISSION

  • Develop assigned styles and collections in close collaboration with Development, Design, and Product Line Management

  • Prepare, maintain, and manage all relevant development documentation, including style specifications, size charts, fabric and trim selections, and fit comments

  • Coordinate fit sessions and contribute fit and construction recommendations to ensure product quality and consistency

  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth product development and bulk production process

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Material Development, Product Management, Design, Sourcing, suppliers, and technical partners

  • Drive the costing process for assigned products to support margin and business objectives

  • Manage bulk production approvals and coordinate the handover process to garment manufacturers

  • Contribute to achieving margin targets in line with Business Unit objectives

  • Ensure accurate and timely data maintenance within the Product Range Management (PRM) system and other relevant IT systems

  • Monitor development milestones and take ownership of delivering products according to seasonal timelines.

YOUR TALENT

  • Graduate Engineer in Clothing Technology or similar education

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in apparel/ product development in the garment/textile industry

  • Very good knowledge of raw materials and garment construction

  • Proven project management experience 

  • Creative and innovative thinking

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness

  • Team player

  • Excellent English skills.
