Job Purpose
Lead the definition of business requirements for corporate escrow account products aligned with Saudi market demand and AJB's corporate banking proposition. The scope excludes REGA-related requirements, which have already been addressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess demand for different corporate escrow use cases and define the target product proposition.
- Define target customer segments, eligibility criteria, account structures and permitted transaction types.
- Document end-to-end processes for account opening, funding, transaction authorization, fund release, reconciliation, servicing and closure.
- Define the roles and obligations of the bank, account holder, beneficiary and other involved parties.
- Document approval structures, conditions for releasing funds, exception scenarios and dispute-handling requirements.
- Define operational, legal, compliance, reporting, notification and control requirements.
- Identify integration requirements across core banking, digital channels, payments, workflow, document management and reporting platforms.
- Produce the detailed BRD, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria and requirements traceability matrix.
- Lead stakeholder reviews and manage the BRD through approval and sign-off.
Required Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate banking, transaction banking or business analysis.
- Direct experience designing or implementing escrow account products.
- Strong understanding of escrow operating models, account controls, conditional fund release and reconciliation.
- Experience developing detailed BRDs for banking products.
- Saudi or GCC banking experience is strongly preferred.
