We are currently seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing Atlas fleet maintenance and third-party service providers in support of Atlas fleet customers.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Manage and maintain Atlas fleet accounts, including invoice processing, maintenance documentation, equipment records, and account administration.
- Collaborate with service departments, PM coordinators, and dispatchers to ensure all documentation and requirements are met for Atlas fleet accounts.
- Maintain and manage the fleet billing accounts for 3rd party reporting service providers.
- Review, submit, and monitor service invoices as well as resolve invoice discrepancies and payment disputes.
- Ensure all invoice documentation and billing requirements are met to support timely customer payment.
- Partner with internal teams to address customer-special requirements, including pricing structures and discounts.
- Answer customer questions and resolve billing disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Support efficient and profitable fleet department operations through accurate account management and administrative support.
- Maintain effective communication between customers, management, sales staff, and operational departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school degree or GED required.
- Previous administrative, customer service, billing, or fleet management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
Physical Requirements:
- This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional physical activities may be required, including, but is not limited to, standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting (typically up to 50 lbs.), as needed.
