Responsibilities include:
- Operating and cooking using the oven, grill equipment, fryolator, & soup station.
- Prepare food items such as vegetables, meats, cheese, and pizza.
- Receive & prepare orders from front of house using precision
- Managing inventories, labeling items, portioning foods
- Plating the food items
- Cleaning the grill before and after use
Requirements
- This position is PT appx 15-20 hours per week and must be available days (10am-4pm.)
- Education: High School or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience assisting in kitchens
- Allergen Awareness Certification
