DEPLOY has been retained by a Dallas, Texas based firm that provides unique SaaS products to automotive dealerships across the United States. 

DEPLOY is looking for a National Account Consultant for a role that include both inhouse action in Dallas combined with up to 50% territorial travel.

We hire smart and ambitious doers and set them loose in an exciting and complex technology business where they will build, sell, and deploy call tracking, CRM integration and Artificial Intelligence solutions in a dynamic
business environment. 

Our solutions attack one of the biggest business problems in existence today: the phone.

Our National Accounts Consultants are a critical part of our clients' businesses because the phone is so critical to their own success. They own and execute retention and growth strategies for key enterprise accounts within their portfolio and are responsible for implementing and delivering our software-as-a-service solutions to help improve processes. What You'll Do:
Execute client retention and revenue growth strategies for enterprise accounts within your portfolio.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to implement artificial intelligence software solutions at all levels of customer organizations (Dealers).
Collaborate with teams across Car Wars departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop detailed project plans and track milestones.
Manage executive level communications and presentations to client accounts.
Develop and earn a high degree of trust with key contacts within the client base.
Performs additional duties as required to support business objectives.

Our Ideal Candidates:

Are professionals with 3-5 years of customer or prospect-facing experience.
Thrive on feedback, coaching, and continuous professional development.
Have a Bachelor's degree.
Experience in Automotive preferred.
Thrive as an independent and proactive problem solver.
Have a willingness for client-based travel up to 50% (10-12 business days / month).
Communicate effectively across various audiences including presentation skills.
Have a curiosity and interest in solving our toughest challenges.
Are obsessed with the details but able to see the big picture of a project.
