Description
- Greets members and guests, answers questions, provides facility information, and delivers excellent customer service.
- Processes program registrations,assistswith membership sales and updates, and helps patrons navigate offerings.
- Processes payments, handles cash, balances drawer at end of shift, and ensures accuracy in POS entries.
- Ensures lobby and desk spacesremainclean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Providesaccurateinformation to callers and forwards inquiries as needed.
- Reports facility issues, supportsspecial events, andassistswithadditionalduties as assigned.
- Remains accessible via cell phone to address job-related issues or emergencies using City applications.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Relatable Work Experience: Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Cash handling experience helpful.
Training, Licenses, and Certifications: Adult and Child CPR, and Standard First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
