Join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist supporting the North America region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination and timely launch of our digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. As an integral part of our Digital Marketing team, you will not only play a role in project and lead management, but also a broad range of digital marketing activities including campaign planning and execution, e-mail marketing, social media, marketing technology, and analytics.

A successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Project Management Leadership - Take the lead in project management, developing project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential bottlenecks or delays, maintaining open lines of communication with all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project status and adjustments as needed.
• Campaign Coordination - Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, web, and email marketing.
• Content creation – Support the team in the development of marketing campaign assets including social media content, web content, and e-mails.
• Customer Inquiry Management - Manage inbound inquiries, ensuring customer requests are triaged in a timely manner.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or comparable years of experience

• You have over 0-2 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare marketing communications.

The base pay range for this position is:

$60,860 - $83,677

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
