- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage design coordination on design-build and design-assist projects, including constructability reviews, design progression, scope alignment, and communication between the design and construction teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, proposals, and other project documents to ensure scope and contractual requirements are understood and properly executed.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scope development, buyout, performance, and change management.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication regarding schedule, cost, quality, safety, procurement, design, and other critical project issues.
- Identify project risks early and develop solutions before they negatively impact project performance.
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure the project team has the information, resources, materials, and decisions necessary to maintain production.
- Support Moore's safety and quality programs and reinforce accountability throughout the project team.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, forecasting, and records.
- Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, turnover documentation and warranties.
